Cream Butter and Cream Cheese: In a large bowl, add the room temperature butter and cream cheese. Mix with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes, or until the mixture is light and airy.
Add Peaches and Powdered Sugar: Add the finely diced peaches and powdered sugar to the butter and cream cheese mixture. Mix until well combined, about 1 minute.
Transfer and Chill: Transfer the spread to an airtight container. Store it in the refrigerator. Allow it to set for 1-2 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the flavors to develop.
Serve: Serve the Peaches & Cream Spread on toast, English muffins, pancakes, or any other desired bread or pastry. The spread will keep for 3-5 days in the refrigerator, depending on the ripeness of the peaches used.
