How to make crispy carrot sticks with Parmesan and paprika: Step 1: Cut the carrots into sticks on a wooden board and transfer them to a bowl.
Step 2: Add a generous drizzle of olive oil and toss with your hands to distribute it evenly.

Step 3: Add the sweet paprika, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan cheese, and breadcrumbs.

Step 4: Still using your hands, mix the ingredients until well combined.
