1. Slice each Hawaiian roll in half horizontally.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Variations & Tips
For a tropical twist, add a little coconut milk to the egg mixture and top the finished French toast with toasted coconut flakes.
