Simple Mediterranean Baked Fish Recipe

Preheat the oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Prepare the fish: Place the fish fillets in a baking dish. Drizzle olive oil over them and season with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, and minced garlic. Add lemon zest on top and place a few lemon slices on the fish.

Add vegetables: Scatter the halved cherry tomatoes and Kalamata olives around the fish in the baking dish.

Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

Serve: Garnish with fresh parsley and additional lemon slices, if desired. Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a light salad.
