Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F).
Halve the pears and carefully remove the cores with a spoon.
Place the pears in a dish, cut-side up, and drizzle with olive oil.
Top each half with crumbled blue cheese and sprinkle with crushed walnuts.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with fresh thyme. Bake for about 15 minutes, until the cheese melts and the pears are tender.
Serve warm with a touch of black pepper and accompany a green salad for a perfect contrast!
