Start by putting the water, milk, and yeast in a container. Remember that both must be warm so that the yeast can ferment. Mix well and cover with plastic wrap for about 15 minutes.
After this time, add the sugar, oil, and a teaspoon of salt. Mix to integrate the ingredients.
Begin adding the previously sifted flour while mixing.
When you see the dough beginning to form, turn it out onto the work surface and begin kneading.
Knead until a soft, uniform dough forms. Place it in a large, previously oiled container and cover with plastic wrap. Let the dough rest in a warm place for about 1 hour.
Then knead again and divide the dough into 2 equal parts. Shape it into small loaves, cover, and let it rest for about 15 minutes. Now we'll stretch the buns into a square shape. Place raisins or plums on one end and begin rolling them. We'll shape them as we like best; a good option would be a donut.
Finally, we'll make a few cuts on the surface and brush them with egg.
Place them in a preheated oven at about 180°C and bake for about 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let them cool before serving.
This unique touch makes it special; you should try it! The spongy nature of the dough and the sweetness of the raisins make this bread a delight.

Tips and Advice
Knead the dough well: Kneading helps develop the gluten in the dough, resulting in a light and airy loaf. Knead the dough until it pulls away from your hands.
Let the dough rest: It is essential when making bread to let the dough rise until it doubles in size. Place it in a warm place and cover it with a damp cloth to help retain moisture.
Heat the oven: Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated in the recipe and bake the bread for the recommended time. Once baked, remove it from the oven and let it cool before slicing.
