Panna cotta with balsamic strawberries

Pour the cream into cold rinsed pans and leave it to set in the fridge for 3-4 hours. If you don't want to buy extra panna cotta molds, you can just as easily use a muffin tray. Rinsed in cold water, it works great!

Now prepare the balsamic strawberries: Wash the strawberries and cut them into bite-sized pieces.

Then marinate them with the balsamic vinegar and agave syrup. Leave them in the fridge for an hour.

Take the panna cotta molds out of the fridge. Place them briefly in a bowl of hot water so that the dessert dissolves well.

Turn it out of the mold onto a plate.

Decorate the dessert with the balsamic strawberries

Finally, add a few dashes of balsamic cream and place a leaf of mint or lemon balm on top. Et voilà: your homemade dessert is ready, just like the one from your favorite Italian restaurant.
