In a bowl, mix the honey with the sugar, baking powder, and warm milk.
In another bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the center.

Gradually pour the mixture into the milk, stirring constantly.
Add the softened butter, cut into small pieces, and the salt.
Knead the dough until soft.
Place it in a bowl and cover with a clean cloth.
Let the dough rise for 2 hours.
Take the dough and divide it into 6 equal balls. Brush with milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the dough balls on it and let rise for 45 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F). Bake at this temperature for 10 minutes, then reduce the heat to 170°C (338°F) and bake for another 5 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool.
Slice in half and garnish!
