No-Bake Chocolate Cake Bars

Mix the cottage cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and lemon zest.
Melt the dark chocolate with the cream over steam.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and place half of the sponge cakes on the bottom.
Smooth the cottage cheese cream over it.
Pour the melted chocolate over it.
Place the remaining sponge cake on top.
Freeze in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Cut into slices and serve.

Coconut-chocolate bar
Ingredients:

200 g shredded coconut
100 g butter
100 g dark chocolate
50 ml milk
100 g sugar
1 packet vanilla sugar
Preparation:

Melt the butter, chocolate, milk, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan.
Add the shredded coconut and mix thoroughly.
Line a baking tray with baking paper and smooth the mixture into it.
Freeze in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
Cut into slices and serve.
Tips:

For the biscuit bar, you can use oat biscuits, homemade biscuits or even Oreo biscuits.
For the cottage cheese bar, you can add raisins, dried fruit or nuts.
You can also coat the coconut bar with melted chocolate.
You can also decorate the slices with whipped cream, fruits or chocolate shavings.
