In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well coated.
Arrange the wings in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the wings from the oven and immediately sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, tossing to coat evenly.
Transfer the wings to a serving platter and sprinkle with fresh parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice before serving.
