Honey and Garlic Glazed Sausages

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the honey-garlic glaze:
Add minced garlic to the same pan and cook until fragrant.
Add soy sauce, honey, and vinegar. Stir and simmer the sauce until it begins to thicken slightly.
Distribute the sausages in
Add the sausages back to the pan and turn them to coat them evenly with the glaze.
Let cook for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is thick and sticky and the sausages are completely covered.
Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and fresh parsley or scallions.
Serve warm, drizzling with additional glaze if desired.
