Total Time: About 30 minutes, depending on batch size
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
2 eggs
1 glass (240 ml) milk
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
100g cheese, grated
Salt, as needed
1 teaspoon dry herbes de Provence
1/2 teaspoon chili flakes (adjust to taste)
Oil for frying
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Directions
Grind the oats in a blender until it forms a coarse flour.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until evenly mixed.
Add ground oats, chopped parsley, grated cheese, salt, dry herbs de Provence and chili flakes to the egg mixture. Stir until all ingredients are evenly mixed.
Heat a little oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Pour batter into the pan in batches to form pancakes and spread evenly.
Sprinkle a pinch of sesame seeds on each pancake.
Fry the pancakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Use a spatula to gently flip them.
Once the pancakes are done, place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
