Bake tarte flambée stars

Make your own tarte flambée stars - here's how:
Knead flour, salt, oil and water into dough
Roll out the tarte flambée dough thinly - cut out stars - place on a baking tray
Season creme fraiche with salt and pepper - dollop onto the stars
Sprinkle the tarte flambée stars with diced ham and cheese
Bake at 220°C top/bottom heat for 13 minutes

The tarte flambée stars taste good both warm and cold. You can also prepare them well in advance, store them in a cool place for a few hours and only then bake them. This is how we like to eat the crispy finger food at Christmas:
as a starter for the Christmas menu
as a side dish to a fresh winter salad
with a glass of punch on a cozy evening with friends
just as it is for dinner or in the lunch box
