You can fry in the hot air fryer or simply use ready-made frozen fish fingers from Iglo, Frosta and co. I admit that I always have 2 packs of fish fingers in the freezer. My children love them, they are prepared in a flash and provide a portion of protein and omega-3 fatty acids.
You can find a wide range in the supermarket and whether normal fish fingers, fried fish fingers, salmon sticks or pretzel sticks - they are all suitable for the air fryer.
How to prepare frozen fish fingers in the air fryer:
Take the fish fingers out of the pack - place them loosely next to each other in the cooking basket - do not stack them (in the Pampered Chef Airfryer you spread them out on a tray)
Bake the fish fingers in the air fryer at 200 degrees for 10-15 minutes (no need to turn them)

You don't need any additional fat for crispy fish fingers from the air fryer. From experience I can tell you that they don't stick. This way you save a lot of calories with air fryer fish fingers compared to fish fingers from the pan. They don't get wobbly like in the oven, they're just perfect. My children and we parents absolutely love fish fingers from the air fryer.
