β Add oregano, basil, salt, pepper and sugar. Add stock, stir and bring to the boil.
3οΈβ£ Add the pasta π β add the broken lasagne sheets and press down so they sink into the sauce. Cover and simmer gently for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4οΈβ£ Add cheese π§ β sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan, cover and cook for a further 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
5οΈβ£ Decorate and serve πΏ β sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve warm!
