Energy ball recipe that you can use to turn dates and nuts into a vegan superfood and healthy sweet treat in just a few minutes using your Thermomix. Today I made energy balls for the first time with my Thermomix and I'm so excited. Why did I only try it now? My energy balls are actually as good as I thought they would be, but I seriously think they won't survive until then. I'm really excited to see what the children say about them when they get home from kindergarten and school.

The little sweet balls are a healthy snack that contains lots of valuable nutrients, is vegan and contains no artificial sugar. So snacking without regrets 🙂

Energy balls are also great for breastfeeding mothers and are therefore sometimes called breastfeeding balls. This is because of their balanced nutrient density and the fact that they provide mom's body with lots of energy in a short amount of time.

Where do energy balls actually get their name from? Whether energy balls, energy balls or energy balls: the main ingredients of energy balls are all superfoods in themselves.

Dates and dried fruit provide the body with energy over a long period of time and do not cause fluctuations in blood sugar, unlike sweets with industrial sugar. And the nuts and almonds contain many monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids, which in themselves make them a very energy-rich snack.
