Egg-free mascarpone mousse

Ingredients:

250 g mascarpone
250 ml single cream
100 g icing sugar

Preparation:
To make the egg-free mascarpone cream, place the mascarpone in a bowl and add a few spoonfuls of single cream, whisking to soften the cream.
