Delicious recipe for baked sea bream with roasted vegetables

Ingredients:
– 2 sea bream fillets
– Salt
– Black pepper
– Provençal herbs
– Olive oil
– 3 potatoes
– 1 carrot
– 2 onions
– Lemon
– Rosemary
– 1 bell pepper
– 1 zucchini
– 200 ml chopped tomatoes
– 100 ml soy sauce
– 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions: 1. Marinate the fish for about 15 minutes with salt, pepper, and Provençal herbs.
2. Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into chunks.
3. Arrange the vegetables on a baking sheet.
4. Add lemon slices and rosemary sprigs over the vegetables.
5. Bake at 200°C for about 45 minutes. 6. Meanwhile, in a skillet, heat a little olive oil and sauté the bell pepper and zucchini for about 2 minutes.
7. Add the paprika and cook for about 4 minutes.
8. Then add the pumpkin and cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the chopped tomatoes, soy sauce, and honey and cook for about 5 minutes.
