1️⃣ Prepare the sauce
: In a bowl, mix the crème fraîche with the chopped parsley.
Add a little pepper to taste.
Reserve this sauce for later.
2️⃣ Assembling the Croques
Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Place the bread slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Spread a generous layer of sour cream sauce on each slice.
Place a slice of ham folded in half on each bread roll.
Sprinkle the bacon over the ham.
For a bite, place a slice of cheese on top.
For a gratin effect, add a layer of grated mozzarella.
Finally, place a slice of goat cheese in the center of each croque-monsieur.
3️⃣ Preparation:
Bake the croques for 10 to 12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and lightly browned.
Keep an eye on the cooking process to prevent burning.
