Season with salt, pepper and cumin and cook over low heat, covered, until tender.
Preparing the pancake batter: In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk, baking soda and salt.
Mix the dough until smooth.
Cook the pancakes: Heat a frying pan and pour some oil into it.
Pour a ladle of pasta into the pan and spread it out thinly.
Fry both sides until golden brown.
Pancake filling: We place the cabbage filling on the fried pancakes and then roll them up.
Crispness: Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the stuffed pancakes until crispy on both sides.
Tips and variations: You can grate carrots into the filling or add chopped bacon.
The pancakes can also be baked in the oven until crispy: place the filled pancakes on a baking tray lined with baking paper, drizzle with oil and bake at 200°C for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
You can serve with cream or yogurt sauce.
