Ingredients:
For the cream:
1 liter of whole milk
4 eggs
100g of sugar (1/2 cup)
80g of cornstarch (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon of vanilla
For the cake:
– 2 round sheets of puff pastry
– 2 tablespoons of sliced almonds
– 1 tablespoon of icing sugar
Preparation:
_ Take a glass of milk, dilute the cornstarch in it, and set aside.
_ Boil the remaining milk in a saucepan.
