Make the dough and spread it on a baking tray lined with baking paper...
Bake for approx. 15 to 20 minutes in/out heat at 180 degrees...
After baking, sprinkle with a little sugar... Place a damp tea towel over the tray... Then place a rectangular cake rack on top and then turn... Peel off the paper... Fold in the ends of the towel and allow to cool.... That's quick...
Then halve the dough sheet lengthwise and then cut it crosswise into strips... As wide as the banana... I had 10 strips...
Always take 2 strips, spread the first with cream... Put the 2 on top... Spread cream on top again... Then put the halved banana on top and then pour chocolate over it. I did it with a sauce ladle... You need a lot, at least 3 cups of cocoa glaze
It's best to do it before the chocolate coating... Put it in the fridge for a bit... For half an hour
