Cheesecake, Chocolate and Oreo

150 g dark chocolate
100 ml of whipping cream
Oreo cookies for decorating
Preparation:
Prepare the base:
Crush the Oreo cookies and mix them with the melted butter.
Press the mixture into the base of a springform pan and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Prepare the filling:
Beat the cream cheese with the sugar until smooth.
Add the melted chocolate, cream, eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
Fold in the chopped Oreos using gentle movements.
Bake:
Pour the mixture over the base and bake at 160°C for 50-60 minutes .
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door ajar for 1 hour.
Then refrigerate for at least 4 hours (preferably overnight).
Prepare the topping:
Heat the cream and add the chopped chocolate. Stir until melted.
Pour over the cooled cheesecake and decorate with more Oreo cookies.
