This is how I do it: First wash the cauliflower, cut it into small florets and cook it in salted water until a bit.
Then chop it up with a magic wand, not too finely, you can also do this with a fork.
Then mix it with the egg, cheese and spices in a bowl, add the breadcrumbs, wait a bit and let it swell.
Next, shape the mixture into meatballs and fry them in olive oil on both sides.
If you like, you can also add a small onion. Serve with sour cream or remoulade as a dip.
A green salad goes well with it.
