Ingredients:
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 500 g minced meat, half beef, half pork
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 liter vegetable stock
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 tbsp flour
- 200 ml cream
- nutmeg
