Whether as a dessert at a family meal, for a child's birthday party or simply as a refreshing afternoon snack - our apple tiramisu is a healthy dessert that doesn't contain too much sugar and is still very popular with young and old. It's quick and easy to prepare and only takes a few minutes.
Since we prepare the apple tiramisu with apple sauce, it should strictly speaking be called apple sauce tiramisu. But since you can also make the apple sauce yourself from fresh apples or alternatively opt for apple pieces in the tiramisu, we'll just call it apple tiramisu.

For apple tiramisu we only need a few ingredients, which we usually have in stock at home.
The recipe for my fruity tiramisu contains neither eggs nor alcohol and is therefore suitable for small children as well as during pregnancy
Making apple tiramisu yourself is child's play and can therefore also be wonderfully done by young budding chefs. My daughter quickly added apple tiramisu to her personal "recipe collection" when she was four years old and has been able to make it all by herself ever since.
You can prepare the apple tiramisu well in advance and keep it in the fridge for 1-2 days. We like it best when it has been well soaked.
