WINE-MILK BROTH ๐Ÿ˜‹

1. To start the milk bread, temper the milk by heating it in the microwave for a few seconds. We dissolve the yeast in the milk.
2. In a bowl we put the flour and baking powder with the milk and add the egg and sugar. We knead with our hands little by little until everything is integrated.
3. Once this dough is prepared, add the diced butter and incorporate it into the dough until it is smooth and elastic.
4. Then form a ball from the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in size (about 1 hour and a half).
5. Cut the dough into balls of about 50 grams each. We place them on the baking tray covered with baking paper and make a few cuts with a sharp knife.
6. Brush them with egg or milk and let them rest covered with a cloth until they are more puffed (about half an hour). While we preheat the oven to 180ยบ.
7. Bake the milk bread for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown. Remove them from the oven and let them cool before eating.
