Tomato and feta soup, Greek style.

Ingredients (for 4 people):
800 g ripe tomatoes (alternatively 2 cans of peeled tomatoes, 400 g each)
200 g feta cheese
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
500 ml vegetable stock
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp oregano (dried)
1 tsp thyme (dried)
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley (optional for garnishing)
