They are addictive, fantastic strawberry coconut truffles that always turn out well!

1. Simply put the mascarpone, sugar, coconut flour and vanilla sugar in a bowl.
2. Then mix until the sugar has dissolved.
3. Then cut the strawberries into small pieces and add them to the mixture.
Mix everything well.
4. Now form small balls and roll them in coconut flour.
5. Finally, put the balls in the fridge for at least an hour.
