Preheat & Prepare: Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Wash and scrub the potatoes.
Slice Potatoes: Carefully slice each potato lengthwise, making sure to cut only about three-quarters of the way through. This will create the “Hasselback” look.
Make Butter Mixture: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, olive oil, crushed garlic, and paprika. Season with salt and pepper.
Brush Potatoes: Brush some of the butter mixture over each potato, making sure to get it into the slits. Season with salt and pepper.
Air Fry: Place the potatoes in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes.
Flip and Brush: Carefully flip the potatoes and brush them again with the butter mixture, ensuring it drips down the slits.
Continue Cooking: Cook for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Finish & Serve: Remove the potatoes from the air fryer. Brush with any remaining butter mixture and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
