Sugar-free pancakes with 100g oat flakes in 5 minutes

Simply puree all the ingredients - oatmeal, eggs, milk, banana, baking powder and cinnamon - in a blender until you have a smooth dough.

Then heat a coated pan slightly and grease it with a little oil.

Now pour a small ladle of batter into the pan and spread it out to form a crepe. Fry each side for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown.

Then serve with fresh fruit, yoghurt or a touch of honey - perfect for a healthy and balanced breakfast!

(Note: Baking powder ensures an airy consistency and binds the dough, perfect without flour!)
