Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add shrimp and cook until pink and opaque. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add garlic and mushrooms to the pan, cook until mushrooms are softened.
Add snow peas and cook for 1-2 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
Return shrimp to pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Toss to combine and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve hot over rice
