1. Cut the pointed cabbage into thin strips, grate the carrots, chop the onion and garlic, slice the mushrooms and cut the tofu into cubes.
2. Heat some sesame oil in a pan and fry the onions, garlic and ginger.
3. Add the pointed cabbage and carrots and fry until soft.
4. Add the mushrooms and tofu and continue frying.
5. Season with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
6. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
