Prep Slow Cooker: Place frozen meatballs in the slow cooker.
Add BBQ Sauce: Pour BBQ sauce over the meatballs.
Add Pineapple: Add pineapple chunks and their juice to the slow cooker.
Add Seasonings: Sprinkle brown sugar and garlic powder over the top. Stir gently.
Cook: Cover and cook on high for about 2 hours, or until meatballs are heated through and have absorbed the flavors.
Serve: Stir before serving. Serve hot with your favorite sides or over rice.
