For the cream:
250 g mascarpone
200 ml cream
100 ml sweetened condensed milk
150 ml passion fruit juice (strained)
1 tbsp icing sugar
For the layering:
200 g butter biscuits or ladyfingers
100 ml milk for dipping (optionally flavored with a dash of passion fruit juice)
For the topping:
Fresh passion fruit pulp (2-3 fruits)
Dessected coconut (optional)
Instructions
Prepare the cream:
Whip the cream with the icing sugar until stiff. In a separate bowl, stir the mascarpone and sweetened condensed milk until smooth. Gradually fold the passion fruit juice into the mascarpone mixture, then fold in the whipped cream.
