Milk noodles – a classic from grandma’s kitchen

Milk noodles bring back warm memories of childhood for many people. The sweet smell of milk, sugar and cinnamon that wafts through the kitchen immediately brings back feelings of home. A simple dish that has always left you full and happy.

Ingredients for classic milk noodles

1 liter of milk
200 g pasta (e.g. soup noodles or croissants)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 packet of vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
A little butter (optional)
Cinnamon and sugar for sprinkling
Preparation – Enjoy in just a few steps

Heat the milk in a saucepan, but do not let it boil.
Stir in the sugar, vanilla sugar and salt.
Add the pasta to the hot milk.
Cook over a low heat, stirring, until the pasta is soft.
Stir in a little butter to taste.
