To prepare the marinade, put aromatic additions at the bottom of a one and a half liter jar: bay leaf, dill seeds, cloves of garlic, small pieces of carrot and hot peppers for spiciness. Then put the prepared potatoes in the jar and fill the jar carefully.
Sprinkle some sugar and salt to taste and add vinegar. This will give the snack a sweet and sour smell.
Then fill the jar with boiling water up to the brim and close the lids tightly. Let the jars cool to room temperature. Once the marinated potatoes have cooled completely, store them in a cool place.
This snack will be ready to eat in two weeks. Pickled potatoes are ideal as a stand-alone dish or as an original ingredient for salads and other dishes. Surprise your guests with a new flavor combination!
