In a bowl, mix the lamb with the eggs, the grated feta cheese, the chopped herbs, the chopped walnuts and the chopped olives, which makes the mixture particularly tasty and appetizing. Once the mixture is homogeneous, spread it out on a sheet of parchment paper to form a rectangle, fill it with the indicated ingredients, roll it up like a cylinder and bake it in the oven for about an hour. The result is a juicy, soft dish with a delicious crispy crust on the surface, which can be served with a side dish of roasted potatoes, au gratin vegetables or a soft mashed potato, depending on your preferences.
