Preparation
First of all, I beat the butter with the sugar and the 4 egg yolks until fluffy.
Then mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in.
Now add the milk and stir everything well
Now mix in the hazelnuts and beat the 4 egg whites until stiff and fold into the mixture
Then grease a 28 cm diameter loaf pan well and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (important, otherwise the cake will easily stick to the pan).
2. Now bake at 190° top/bottom for approx. 50 to 60 minutes. If necessary, cover with aluminum foil at the end so that it does not get too dark.
The cake is ready when no dough sticks to a skewer stuck into it
Then let the cake cool for about 15 minutes before removing it from the mold.
Melt the chocolate coating in a water bath and cover the completely cooled cake with it
