Melt the Butter: In a medium saucepan, melt 50 g of butter over medium heat. Allow the butter to melt completely and become slightly golden.
Combine with Condensed Milk and Cream Cheese: Add the canned sweetened condensed milk (390 g) to the melted butter in the saucepan. Stir well to combine. Add the cream cheese (100 g) to the mixture. Stir continuously until the cream cheese is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Sweeten and Flavor: Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar (optional). Add 1 teaspoon of rose water and 1/2 teaspoon of cardamom powder. Stir everything together until well combined.
Serve: Remove the saucepan from the heat. Pour the mixture into small dessert bowls or ramekins. Garnish with ground pistachios, dried rose petals, or additional cardamom powder (optional). Serve immediately or let it cool slightly before serving.
