1οΈβ£ Preparation of tea and biscuits
Make a strong tea β and mix with mandarin π and lemon juice π.
Soak the cookies lightly in the mixture, but not for too long, otherwise they will become soggy.

In a bowl, beat the whipped cream π₯ with the icing sugar until stiff.
Add mascarpone π₯, honey π― and vanilla and mix thoroughly until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Layers
Divide the ingredients in layers over the cups π·: soaked ladyfingers πͺ, mascarpone cream π₯ and pieces of mandarin π.
Repeat the layers until the cups are filled.
4οΈβ£ Decoration and cooling
Garnish the top with whipped cream π¦, pieces of mandarin π and grated white chocolate π«.
Let it sit in the fridge for 2 hours so the flavours can really develop.
