Ingredients
Cake:

1 cup brown sugar

6 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Butter and flour for greasing and dusting
Syrup:
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Trimming:

2 cups very cold crème fraîche
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cans creamy dulce de leche (800 g)
glaze:

200 g melted milk chocolate
1 can sour cream (200 g)
100 g melted white chocolate
