Chicken Tikka Masala

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
Marinate: Combine the yoghurt, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric and chilli powder in a bowl. Add the chicken, cover and let marinate for at least 1 hour (preferably overnight).
Cook: Heat the oil in a pan and fry the onion until soft and golden brown. Add the tomato puree and let it cook for 5 minutes.
Make the sauce: Add the coconut milk to the tomato sauce and season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer gently.
Fry the chicken: Fry the marinated chicken in a separate pan until it is almost cooked through. Then add the chicken to the sauce and let it simmer for another 10 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.
Serve: Serve the Tikka Masala with basmati rice or naan bread. Garnish with fresh coriander if desired.
