CHICKEN PIE
Ingredients:
2 puff pastries
1 egg yolk for the glaze
4 chicken fillets
1 small can of button mushrooms
30g of ham matchsticks
20 cl of semi-thick cream
salt, pepper
parsley, chives
Preparation:
Fry the chicken fillets cut into small pieces in a frying pan with a few drops of olive oil. Set aside.
In the same frying pan, fry the drained mushrooms, the ham matchsticks, the parsley and the chives. Add the chicken fillets and the cream. Salt and pepper. Mix well.
