Chicken Cordon Bleu with creamy sauce
After seeing this recipe, you will always want to make your own cordon bleus… And yes it is so simple: a turkey escalope, cheese, turkey ham and breadcrumbs and that’s it… Everyone loves it, so make them homemade!
INGREDIENTS
6 boneless and skinless chicken breasts
6 slices of Emmental cheese
6 slices of turkey ham
3 tablespoons of flour
1 teaspoon of paprika
85 g of butter
12 cl of dry white wine
1/2 teaspoon of chicken stock
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 carton of 20 cl of liquid whole crème fraîche
