Execution
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into slices about 1 cm thick. Put the mixture in a pan, pour water over them, add salt and bring to the boil. As soon as it boils, let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain.
Put the bacon in the pan and fry. Peel the onion, dice it, add it to the bacon and fry until brown.

Put the canned tomatoes in the pan, add the pressed garlic, pepper, a pinch of salt, pepper, sugar and chili. Mix everything until the ingredients are well combined and cook for a few minutes.
Put half the potatoes, half the sauce, half the grated mozzarella, the potatoes, the sauce and the cheese in the bottom of the casserole dish.
Place the casserole dish in the oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for about 25 minutes. When the time is up, take the dish out of the oven, crack the eggs and put the dish back in the oven for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle the finished casserole with fresh chives.
