A salad that empties the stomach and burns fat

🛒 Ingredients:
🥒 1 large cucumber
🍅 3 ripe tomatoes
🧅 1 small red onion
🌿 1 bunch of parsley
🌶 1/2 chili pepper (optional, for spiciness)
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🥄 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
🧂 Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
🧄 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped or pressed through a press, optional)
👩‍🍳 Directions:
1️⃣ Cut the vegetables
Cut the cucumber 🥒 into small cubes (you can leave the skin on for extra fiber).
Also cut the tomatoes 🍅 into cubes and drain the excess juice.
Finely chop the onion and if you want to soften the flavor a bit, you can soak it in cold water for 5 minutes.
Cut the chili pepper 🌶 into very small pieces.
Finely chop the parsley 🌿.
