How to prepare stuffed zucchini with tuna
Boil the zucchini: boil them in water for 5 minutes.
Tear the bread into pieces and place in a small bowl. Pour in a little water and let it absorb.

Cut the boiled zucchini in half lengthwise and empty the pulp. Chop the pulp and set aside.

For the filling: in a bowl mix the tuna in oil, the zucchini pulp, the egg, the soft bread, the anchovies in oil, the pepper and the salt.

Place the zucchini boats in the pan and fill them with the filling. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and pour the extra virgin olive oil.

Bake in a static oven at 190°C for 20 minutes
