In a large bowl, mix the flour and salt.
Gradually pour in the warm water, mixing with your hands or a spatula until you have a smooth dough.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for about 5 to 7 minutes, until it is soft and smooth.
2. Let it rest:
Cover the dough with a clean tea towel and let it rest for 30 minutes to allow it to gain elasticity.
3. Shape the loaves:
Divide the dough into 4 equal portions.
Roll out each portion into a circle about 1 cm thick.
4. Cooking:
Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat.
Cook each bun for about 2 to 3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and slightly puffed.
5. Serving:
Serve hot, ideal with mezze, hummus or as an accompaniment to main dishes.
