In a casserole dish, place your pieces of meat with the olive oil, brown over medium heat, in the meantime peel the head of garlic and mix it. Add it to the meat and brown for another 2 minutes. Then add the tomato paste and over low heat, brown from time to time
so that the tomato reduces its acidity.
-Then add water until almost covered with water and let everything cook. Of course, add salt and spice.
Once the meat is tender and the oil is swimming on the surface, it means that the sauce is ready. Then put the 2 green peppers in the sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes.
-Cook your spaghetti then add the sauce little by little until you make sure that the spaghetti has absorbed the sauce.
Cover and leave for 2 to 3 minutes so that the sauce soaks in well while checking the seasoning.
